Power Platform Architect · Dynamics 365 · Copilot & AI

Built to
spec.

I'm Brian Greig. For 25 years I've designed and built software, 20 of them on Microsoft Dynamics. These days I put Copilot and AI agents to work inside CRM. After hours, I design underwater robots, build my own smart-home devices, and take on whatever else needs building.

Client work

Selected engagements through NetriSoft, my consultancy since 2010, and recent contract work. Clients stay unnamed; the results are real.

Copilot rollout and the Power Platform Expert agent

Led a client's first rollout of Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, grounded on their Dataverse data. Client summaries, email responses, and follow-ups all got faster. Then built Power Platform Expert, a Copilot Studio agent that answers developers' Power Platform questions.

Go/No-Go rebuild for an engineering firm

The bid decision process lived inside the Opportunity entity and slowed the whole system. I moved it into a dedicated PCF-driven solution with a consolidated data model, then added AI-assisted analysis that reviews records and client history to judge a bid's viability.

AI lead recommendations for insurance and finance

Dynamics 365 solutions for one of the largest U.S. insurance brokers and several finance firms, integrated with Five9, Dynamics GP, and policy systems. AI-driven lead recommendations raised conversion by a quarter.

Workshop

What I build when nobody's paying: underwater robots, home automation, and anything else that needs CAD, a 3D printer, or wiring.

TinkerSub ROV

An open-source, tethered underwater ROV you can build from a 3D printer, PVC pipe, and hardware-store parts. I designed it with Claude as an engineering partner. Python scripts generate every printable part, so changing the design means changing a number and regenerating.

Kayak electric drive

Electric propulsion for a Malibu kayak using bilge-motor thrusters, steered with rocker foot pedals I built.

Power Platform · Open source

PCF input mask control

A reusable PowerApps Component Framework control that applies input masks to form fields as users type.

CAD · Fabrication

Printed parts on demand

Fusion 360 and a Bambu A1 for designing and printing custom parts, prototypes, and fixes around the house and shop.
